On 10 October, 2007, Mr. Richard Chen had a meeting with Mr. Mukesh Jha, director of Susankhya Network (Pvt.) LTD. They discussed the cooperative program and signed an agreement  to recruit students in the major of Aircraft Manufacturing and major of Air Hostess in Nepal. Both felt confident about the future of cooperation.
