On 12 September, 2007, China SYIAE---France IPSA Students Inauguration Ceremony was held on Daoyi Campus of SYIAE.

Director of International Cooperation & Exchanges of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Cao Guo Xing, vice director of Liaoning Provincial Education Department, Mr. Li Shu Sen, Officer of French Embassy Beijing, Mr. Rene Consolo, President of IPSA, Mr. Aime MERRAN, and presidents of SYIAE take part in the ceremony.

24 students of IPSA will be learning aeronautical design system in English medium for one year at SYIAE, after successful completion of study, they will be award the degree of engineering master.

Mr. Cao Guo Xing addressed that he hopes more and more French students will come to study in China, the combination of different education systems will surely benefit people from both countries.
