On 24 July, 2007, Mr. Abdullahi Habib, Chairman/CEO of Global Security Consultants Limited, was authorized the representative of Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering to enroll students from Nigeria and other African countries for undergraduate, Graduate programs in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aircraft Manufacturing and all other courses taught in English and Chinese Media of instruction.

All inquiries to Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering in respect of admission from Nigeria will be re-directed to the authorized representative in Nigeria for admission accordingly.
