On January 27th, Foreign Affairs Offices of Liaoning provincial and Shenyang municipal governments together with Hunnan District jointly held the "Hello Shenyang, Vast Sky and Peaceful Landscape of Liaoning Province" Consular Officials in Shenyang and foreign nationals’ Tour to Experience the Ice-Snow World of Qipan Mountain in Hunnan. More than 100 International students from six universities took part in the event full of camaraderie and adventures amidst the enchanting backdrop of ice and snow.

Particularly embracing the wintry landscape, this event commenced with a series of fun and exciting activities. From sledding adventures to jet skiing, all of the rides were provided by the authority making the students indulge in complete recreation.

The activity aimed to promote cross-cultural exchange and foster bonds of friendship among international students. With the ice frozen river as their playground, students embraced the spirit of adventure and exploration, and shared the excitement of it all at the same time.

As the sun began to set, participants gathered for a sumptuous dinner. Against the backdrop of the mountain's majestic vistas, students savored a feast of delicacies, which showcased the rich culinary heritage of China.
