On December 13, the delegation of Pacific National University, Russia visited SAU in order to promoted collaborative programs. Prof. Li Rundong, President of SAU, Prof. Sun Yanpeng, Vice President of SAU and deans from relevant colleges received the guests and attended the meeting.

The delegation includes Prof. Abuzov Alexander Viktorovich, Dean of Technology College, Ms. Tatyana Anatolyevna Sytnikova, Director of International Affairs and Prof. Evgeniy Kim of Industrial Engineering College.

Prof. Li extended warm welcome to the delegation and encouraged two universities to strengthen cooperation, especially in deepening the joint degree program and scientific research cooperation between the two institutions.

Prof. Abuzov Alexander Viktorovich said that the city and university had left great impression on his delegation and agreed to promote the collaboration into practical outcomes.

Two institutions reached preliminary consensus on joint student and research programs as well as establishing industrial training base and signed relevant agreement.

The delegation visited training center, Liaoning General Aviation Academy as well as university museum after meeting.

Pacific National University is one of the largest higher education institutions of the Far East of the Russian Federation. It provides educational programs and training for Russian and international students such as engineering and technical, economic, humanitarian, sociological programs, architecture and design, pedagogy and education.

Nowadays, Pacific National University has 13 colleges and more than 21 thousand students in 59 specialties, 32 areas of undergraduate studies and  26 areas of graduate studies.

The University makes a significant contribution to the development of science in the Far East.
