One activity that has almost become a tradition at IEC is the Food Galore organized each holiday. Especially during winter when there’s less opportunity to have fun together - due to freezing temperatures - both students and staff cannot help but look forward to this event.

This holiday, the Food Galore was organized in the afternoon of 19 January 2022. As usual, the Foyer of Friendship Villa was filled with students and teachers, and the sweet aroma of foreign and local cuisines that neatly lined the tables. While there was food in abundance, care was taken to ensure that none of it went to waste.

Also, considering that Spring Festival is just around the corner, the participants were presented Spring Festival paraphernalia by the Party Secretary of IEC, Prof. Wu Jingtai, as a token of appreciation for the time they invested in making the event a success.  

We can’t wait to see what other activities IEC has planned for International Students this holiday. It’s always a delight to see students and teachers spend time together.
