The new philosophy of politics book "Change We Can Believe In" was published by the Eastern Publishing Co. Ltd on October, 2008. Professor Li Jiamei, the author of this book, is from Humanities and Social Sciences department of SYIAE. On the first day of the publication, 5000 new books were snapped up immediately by the bookstores and websites all over the country.

Professor Li and his fellow colleagues' preparation for the book started from the beginning of this year. The penetrating insight to politics made them believe that the presidential campaign of Barrack Obama, with the lineage of black people, will have historic meaning to America no matter if he wins or not. They collected huge amounts of information related to Barrack Obama and published the book before his shallow victory and great sale and book review came up to expectations.

Recently, a staff in the Consulate General of America in Shenyang has gotten in touch with Professor Li. He will present the book to the Consulate General of America on invitation.
